Sendana works through Lead Bank to provide virtual USD accounts for our users. These accounts come with unique account and routing numbers, enabling seamless transactions and integrations with various platforms.
Linking an account via Plaid is typically not possible however. This is because Plaid usually requires you to be able to log directly into the banking platform itself and Sendana does not provide traditional Lead Bank logins for its accounts. Instead, users are provided with account and routing numbers.
Many platforms that provide Plaid as the main option for linking an account, typically have a 'manual' set up option as well that will allow you to simply use your available banking details. Sometimes this option is not obvious though, and you may need to reach out to that platform's support team for guidance on how to manually link the account.
