First, check to ensure that the amount you need for your transaction, has already been transferred from your Sendana Wallet, to your Sendana Card. Also confirm that you are seeing the amount reflected when you go to the app and click on "Card".
If you do have enough funds on the card but your transaction is still being declined, the most likely reason is that you are trying to complete a transaction at a merchant that falls within one of our blocked/restricted categories e.g. money transfer platforms or gambling sites.
