Follow these quick and easy steps to withdraw cash from your Sendana wallet at a MoneyGram location near you:
Log into your account at app.usesendana.com.
Tap/Click on "Withdraw" on the main dashboard
Select "MoneyGram"
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click "Next"
Follow the next steps right through until you get to the confirmation screen that says your cash is now ready for pick up
A reference number will be displayed on that confirmation screen and will also be sent to you via email
Within 60 days, head to a MoneyGram location near you with your identification document and the reference number ready
Tell the store employee: "I am here to receive cash from a MoneyGram transaction"
