First, log into Sendana and ensure that you have your Virtual USD Account set up and ready to accept transfers. To set this up you will need to verify your identity and answer a few questions.
Please also ensure that the name you use for your Sendana account, matches the name on the PayPal account you want to link to.
Once that's been set up, follow these steps:
Log into PayPal and select "Wallet"
Select "Link a bank" and enter the Sendana USD account details you were provided with
PayPal may deposit small amounts to your account and ask you to verify what these amounts were as part of the confirmation process
PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes PayPal will ask you to reach out to them for assistance with having the bank account added. If that happens, go to this page and click on "Message Us" https://www.paypal.com/jm/cshelp/contact-us.
Pro-Tip: If you're not getting the answers you need from their automated assistant, submitting the word "human" in the chat will usually connect you to a live person who can help.
Once you get connected to an agent, let them know that you are trying to link a US bank account and that you received an error asking you to contact PayPal for assistance. They'll usually be able to resolve this for you.
